Fostering Academic Excellence
Pope Francis High School’s Program of Studies includes a robust selection of academically rigorous programs and courses in religious studies, English, math, science, social studies, world language, visual and performing arts, technology and business, and more.
The new program of studies also incorporates Advanced Placement and honors courses previously offered at both Cathedral and Holyoke Catholic, as well as over 200 Virtual High School (VHS) classes offered through the VHS Collaborative. In addition, Pope Francis High School will continue Holyoke Catholic’s dual enrollment program at Elms College, offering students the chance to earn college credits while still in high school.
Our students have the ability to acquire up to 12 college credits before they even receive their high school diploma. It’s an exciting opportunity that many of our students have benefited from in the past. Students at Pope Francis will be provided the most intellectually challenging course selection available.”
