Señora Thomas is the chair of the World Language Department and teaches all levels of the Spanish curriculum. A native of Perú, she received a law degree from Universidad San Martín de Porres in Lima, Perú. She moved to the United States in 2006 and worked in special education at Longmeadow High School for seven years. Now in her third year teaching at Pope Francis Prep, she coordinated and chaperoned an educational learning trip for her students to Costa Rica. Teaching isn’t her only passion however, she can also be found dancing to any Latin rhythm, traveling, spending time with her family – especially at the beach, and visiting her beloved Peru once a year. Señora Thomas resides in Enfield, CT.
