Mr. Patrick Clancy

Social Studies

Patrick Clancy is the chair of the Social Studies Department at Pope Francis Preparatory School.  This will be his eleventh year teaching in the Diocese of Springfield with nine years spent at Holyoke Catholic.  A native of Holyoke, Mass., he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bates College (major in History) and Master of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut, also in field of History.  Over the course of his studies, Patrick has focused extensively on European history with a particular focus on German history and Holocaust studies.  He currently lives in Holyoke with his wife, Kelly.
