Upon completion of a BA in history from Elms College and a M.Ed from Framinham State University, Sr. Diane began her teaching ministry at Cathedral High School in 1971. Keeping ever in mind the charism of the Sisters of Saint Joseph “that all may be one,” the focus of each unit in Global Studies and United States Government/Constitution emphasizes the interdependence of all peoples “by creating a unity which respects diversity and affirms the giftedness of all.” In 2002, in recognition for her teaching in the Diocesan School System, Sr. Diane was presented with an award at the Annual Catholic School Endowment Dinner. In 2009, she was awarded the Harold Grinspoon Foundation Excellence in Teaching Award.
